Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

damn i'm glad i live down here. i never take my lights off if i go to a bar for hours at night. i used a seatbag for years and never had the bag or the contents stolen. that stuff just isn't an issue.

i know a few people who've been through a few gerbers. i say stay away. nothing beats the the leatherman supertool (not the 200, the original). i've had one for six years now, and i've never seen one broken either, though i've seen just about every other multi-tool on the market broken. i vote your tool a fluke

I always have my multi-tool, a tire lever, an extra tube, a patch kit, a pump, my light, and a wrench in my bag.

Today i went on a short ride without my bag and i felt really naked and weird.
