Is It Just Me, Or Is This Kid Really Gimpy And A Jackass?

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

it's now honestly gotten to the point where i have trouble figuring out which newbie annoying people are kyle and which aren't. i was somewhat convinced that this ryan creature was kyle. and i'm still pretty convinced of it. but i'm just a conspiracy theorist trying to overcome the vast sea of sobriety that the 8 hour workday brings.

I think you guys have forgot, shants is a god-damn computer geek. The kid has probably turned his Nextel into somekind of ****withbikeforumsdevice because he hates you all and is goin to move to LA where people actually ride bikes further than 5 miles a day. And of course to hang-out with his best-friend Juvi. And yes, besides my Kelly, the only other thing I was ridin this weekend was Sherbert, Ryan is not me. But maybe he is, he did mispell that one word. Using lies to get to the truth.

here's one for the Rhino:

Take -ough.

Tough sounds like tuff, same as rough. But what about though? Or through? And trough, which rhymes with cough.

Then you've got ought and thought and wrought and naught and bought but drop the t and you've got bough, which rhymes with cow.

So,

Tough
though
through
cough
bough

And you know, you can bring a ***** to culture but you can't make her think.

And why do we drive on the parkway and park in the driveway?

Fat chance and slim chance mean the same thing.

people who do that are good for entertainment. i am not one of them. if my word usages are shown to be incorrect i will humbly concede.

i'm also a fan of people who discover a new word and kill it. i think i had to hear this kid at a party say infinitessimal (or however it's spelt) at least ten times in an hour. i think he was using it to describe things that are infinitely large, which added to the humour of it.

these are reasons that adults who do not speak english as their first language have such a hard time learning it, but i don't find them all that queer since they're matter of pronounciation, and when observed in context the correct pronounciation is normally apparent. i think my queries were more about etymology and punctuational hierarchy. but then again, my questions were never serious in the first place.
