Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Yeah that was one hell of a race. Between being hit by a car and crashing into my team mate (twice), I'm lucky to have made it out unscathed. Helluva fun just the same.

thanks to everyone who raced and did cp's. amazing that so many people showed in that weather.

i doubt we'll be able to get the full results out to you, since everything was so wet. i just don't think the paperwork made it home intact. i also can't find the dvd of the awards ceremony. maybe i gave it to brad from trackstar after the race. when we find it, we'll make it available.

the results were accurate. i went over them with the don myself. as it turns out, the teams that hit the furthest cp's seemed to do better. i guess that's not surprising, since they got to get their roll going.

see you all at Godfather Part II.

Ummm... msngr owes me ten bucks for that non-existant pizza that I was really looking foward too. Aside from that and no one wanting to go to my checkpoint, it was fun.

Will there be a Godfather Part III, or will you just pretend that that never happened?
