Shoe Inserts for aching hot spots on feet? (MTB Shoes)

I rock SPDs and Sidi MTB shoes with my fixie, and recently I've been practicing many tricks which require lots of pressure on my feet and I've been getting some hot spots and aching areas on my feet. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good shoe insert made for clipless shoes that addresses such an issue. Thanks guys!

Yep. They are a bit 'spensive but worth it.

Be sure to remove the bolts for the toe spikes too if you haven't already.

dr.scholls has smaller inserts for the ball of your foot:

i'm using one for my left foot along with the dominator insert and it works pretty well. they're cheaper than the specialized option but i think i'll check it out when the insert gets worn.

I just got some Soles inserts for my Sidi Dom's. The fit really good, but you should get the slim ones. I have the regulars, and they barely fit. They're nice, just pop them into the oven at 200 degrees F, for two minutes, put them in your shoes, and stand there for a bit. You can buy them online, where they have package deals, or you can go to a local retailer.

I'm definately going to have to look into this.
My shimano shoes develop hot spots after a few hours on the pedals.
