I have oral allergy syndrome which makes it pretty hard to eat about 75% of raw fruits, veggies, and nuts. That excuse usually gets my vegan friends off my back whenever I turn down the food they make.

What's the difference between the Nitto B123s & the B125s as far as physical shape?

Also what's the difference between cromoly steel (Bi23) and regular steel (B125)?

B123s havea deeper drop than the B125s, if you check any webpage that sells them both they will give the specs for the drop and reach. I don't know the reach difference for sure. As for the difference between the steels, thats exactly it, just different grade steel. I can't really vouch for one being better than the other, but I'm sure the more expensive one is.
