Been looking for one myself. Excel and CC have pulled the posts off their listings, but they are still available at other stores if you do a search. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the reports I've seen of the head coming unglued from the post.

baxtefer 05-10-06 03:21 PM

i've got two broken ones for you.... buyer beware....they look nice but they are ****e!!!

baxtefer 05-10-06 07:55 PM

broken where?
inquiring minds want to know.

Ceya 05-10-06 08:04 PM

The seat post are in two pieces and this causes it to turn. Dura Ace are now pinning them to prevent this.

I was talking about this problem Friday in Japan.

what's shimano like for warranty on these?

i bought both on ebay (happens when you get over excited and bid on two of the exact same thing) and they both twisted around at that nasty seem... i have a box for one of them as it was NIB.

baxtefer 05-10-06 08:08 PM

DA parts usually have a 3 year warranty from date of purchase (from an authorised retailer)
