Kangaroo Cranks: 2 observations
I was futzing around with an old bike with a beat out crank arm. I know It's not gonna help, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try to turn the crank on the spindle 180 degrees. While I had it that way I couldn't resist taking it for a little spin with Kangaroo Cranks. HAHA! What a blast.
2 observations: 1. Kangaroo cranks are a wicked ab workout. I felt like I just did 150 crunches in rapid succession 2.This setup would work a lot better on a fixed gear, and with clipless pedals instead of clips and straps. reefing down on the straps helped a bit. |

I wonder if you could put the treadmill bike on rollers?
