Thompson X2 Elite stem

I have a 1" threadless steerer tube. Is a Thompson X2 Elite stem compatible?

When looking at the X2 stem size chart I can't tell wether It's compitable with only 1 1/8" or 1" up to 1 1/8".

Go to the Thomson site, X2 page, click on sizes - it has them all listed (length and drop). No, there's no 1" ... yes, there's a shim.

I wasn't sure there was a shim for this sort of thing.

Just about everybody, including Thomson, makes 1-1/8" to 1" shims.

If I remember correctly from a past email from Thomson, they suggested the Problem Solvers shim for the X-2 due to its shorter length. Also, a carbon steerer tube with the X-2 and shim is a green light by them.
