but i need instructions for a BB overhaul. as in, "you're an idiot and i have to break things down into tiny little steps" instructions. i'm about to check sheldon out, but i know there's plenty of advice here.
i'm pretty sure my bb is in awful need of an overhaul. as in it's crying out audibly for it. so tomorrow after work...and i just don't want to kill it. i can't afford to.

Not much to overhaul. It's more of a pull, toss, and replace with most modern stuff. What bb?

ah, parktool. i never think to look there.
as far as what bb, i'm not sure of specifics (it was already on the bike) but it's campy.
ah, well, the friend who i'll be borrowing tools from has done it...i just wanted more input than i'd get from him since he's only ever done it once. still, once more than i have.
