Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Wierdest ski injury I ever had. Did a faceplant. The side of my head that was impacted broke out like I had chickenpox. It was shingles. Turns out the virus, which is a form of herpes, that manifests as chickenpox, hangs out in your spinal cord. Sometimes physical trauma can cause it to come out.

I'm not quite to that level yet. I bet the warming feature of the lamp makes insertion much more pleasurable!
