2 Bikes stolen in Boston

This is a bit off topic for the fixed gear forum, but I figured if I posted here it might get seen by people who can help.

Last night a girls 24" red puch... it was really sweet, complete with 160 or 155cm cranks and tiny tiny drop bars... was stolen from my cambridge apartment during a party. To make things worse, whoever took it had a friend who also apparently wanted a ride home, so they stole a green huffy from the kids in the apartment on the floor below me.

I know its a long shot, but I don't know what else to do except keep asking around. The only people we didn't know at the party were from mission hill, so I'm guessing they may have wound up around there.

Its just a terrible situation, if anyone knows anything or has any advice I'd really appreciate it.

i'll keep my eyes open as i'm down by mission hill at least once a week.

And a bike was stolen outside of Flour in the South End yesterday. I bet the Huffy crapped out and he needed a new ride.

chances are the puch crapped out... both tires were flat. i would bet whoever stole it wound up ditching it on the side of the road.

its just so frustrating, i feel completely responsible for both bikes getting stolen.

Not your fault dude. It sucks for your friends, but it's definitely not your fault.
