deep v valve stem length?
 

tried searching..couldnt find any info.. do deep v's need 60mm valves?

yep. Whatever the standard length stem is will be just a bit too short and you won't be able to get a pump on it. Buy the long ones.

48mm??, pretty sure that's what I use.

48mm or 60mm will work - i've used both.

Both will work. Go long though unless you want it to be a pita everytime you inflate.

48mm valves stick out a little more than an inch from the rim. if you don't have threaded valve stems, then it can be a bit of a ***** getting the pump chuck on without a set of pliers.
