best i've found is called 'fascoop' or something. It's in rue de Sevran in the 11th. Not really track, but good road and MTB stuff. Nice people as well (rare) - they just gave me some wheel boxes to ship my wheels home.
I havn't found any tracky shops...but there's a velodrome in the Bois de Vincennes so there must be some around. I've only seen one fixie in the past year so there isn't a great market for that sort of thing i guess.

Bikes: a 2000 NJS Gonnagitcha and a 2006 Italian Passiafasta, both very fantastic axes.

my fix-searching experience there was pretty fruitless, as well. but i met some very heavy hitting riders who pointed me in the direction of the velodrome... which i still couldn't find. hey elementary, what's the velodrome like?

i havn't ridden the velodrome here so I can't really say. Concrete track, uncovered.... they must host some decent local events but it probably isn't used for international meets.

There is really no track scene in Paris... they have the 'cipal but there are no track stores to speak of... lots of nice road bikes and reasonably good sport store bikes though. Also if you want to see some pretty Italian steel go hang out outside the hippodrome de longchamps on the weekend; theres a constant peleton of them circling around.

+1
There is a shop across the river from the hippodrome in Surenses (not track specific).
As soon as you cross the bridge it is on the left next to a bar and a laundry place.
I used to live two blocks from there.

there is some shops in Paris with track stuff!!

https://www.bicloune.fr; 7, rue Froment Paris 11e > very professional, very nice (also specialist in french vintage bikes)

https://www.cycleslaurent.com/; 9, boulevard Voltaire Paris 11e > very professional, not nice

"Le Petit Boyauteur"-Lucien Florquin; 36, rue de l'aqueduc Paris 10e > very professional, not nice (only with girls) but cheap (he can build all you want in fixed with old stuff)
