Among my first graders, "cutter" is a derogatory term used to describe the kid who cuts in line.

among the goth/punk young teen crowd, cutting is what you do when the world's got you down.

I thought you were talking about the Ratatat song. Oops...

Oh man, Ratatat songs involve an entirely different activity not related to cycling.

back in the day there were 'cutters' rides in san diego all the time...i wonder if those folks are still around...

I couldn't tell if this was going to be a thread about 'breaking away' or that a BFFGSS-regular was so down and out that they had to have a 'cutting' confessional to their only friends on the internet. I'm glad it wasn't the latter. However if I was a 'cutter' you guys would be the first I'd come crying to for help... not really.

In real life the Bloomington college kids called the locals "stonies" or "stoners", but the movie makers thought it was too weed-ish.
