There have been, literally, dozens of threads about shoes in this forum. You should really just search because there is a A LOT of information floating around.

I would ride to work in these and sometimes wear them around the office all day.

i never have any problems. my cleats don't click, and they're comfortable enough to work a nine hour shift standing up when i forget to bring my other shoes.

I like the Specialized Sonomas.

FWIW, I didn't pay that much (Don't remember exactly how much, but I think it was $50 or less, via eBay.), that was just the first link that turned up with a decent picture in a google search.

I have two pairs of SPD shoes and hte Sonomas is one of them. Very comfortable to wear, though I do get a little bit of clicking when I walk depending on the surface. Overall I prefer them over my other pair which is a Cannondale that is a lowcut of what is seen here on ebay.

I've been wearing the titanium minretts, and I like them. I get a click on certain uneven surfaces, but they don't hit the wooden floors in my house. I only ride to work once a week, but I wear the shoes all the time.

Shimano MA-80.

http://tinyurl.com/ewv5j these are about as casual as it gets. I've thought about getting a pair just to see if they're more comfortable while I'm at work than my current shoes. And the price ain't too bad either

i stumbled across a guy with these shoes today
and i think they are some of the nicest looking
spd shoes i've seen. most bmx style shoes are
really thick, which i hate, but these are more low-
profile than the most.

the only down side is, i've only found them for sale
on a polish website (≈80 u.s. dollars).
