haha, damn and to think hes not even a pro.
But if you think about it, what are the bystanders to do? call 911, and wait 20 mins for the cops to show up, or confront the thief and hope he dosen't have a weapon. Most would just mind thier own business, mostly for just looking out for thier own well-being.

That is horrible! I don't even know what to say. I'm guess I'm glad I don't live there. Makes me feel a little better about where I live (locking is an option)

In Wyoming, they just roll it off your front porch. Being careful not to kick over a beer can, I reckon.

it's so much easier than that...so many people don't no how to lock their bikes, its ridiculous...this weekend i saw three bikes that weren't "locked" at all, i mean they attempted to lock up, but failed miserably...one guy had a cable lock wrapped around his seatpost, another guy had a kryptochain resting on his top tube, and another had altogether missed the bike rack he was trying to lock too. and when i came back to these bikes after > 2 hours they were still there. these were some lucky ****ers. i couldn't believe it, i felt like leaving a note, but didn't want to draw any attention to the bikes. this was all in a two day period in nyc.

Ha ha the Neistat Brothers. They're the same guys who made the movie about how the Ipod's battery dies after 18 months as was irreplaceable, and got Apple's policy changed.

While that video is old and kinda cool to watch, where the hell is the camera?
It sure seems as if, from the angles and what not, that the camera would be in plain view to the peds, thus making the whole "experiment" pointless.
But it's hard to tell exactly.

thats vid's old but very true still. My new roomie just got his bike stolen in Union square. He used a cheap hardware store chain so I wasn't surprised. It was a crappy k-mart 'magna' full suspension bike that weighed more than all 3 of my bikes combined. I guess I could've warned him, but oh well...
Yogurt vs Gasoline was great, one of my favorites at the film fest.
