Conversion Possibilities
As will shortly become obvious, I'm new to SS/Fixed. I'd like to build one up for winter commuting (and if I start enjoying it, general riding).
I found a Motobecane Mirage for sale, circa late seventies, that seems (to me) like it would make a good SS/Fixed conversion.
Disregarding spacing, is there anything I'm missing that would make this a poor choice? I know to check for the horizontal dropouts - is there anything else?
Does anyone have a guess as to what bottom bracket threads this bike would have?
Thanks!

ha, my number one favorite bike was originally bought at the dearborn bike shop. it still has the bike registry sticker on it from there.
i proudly display it. um otherwise, motobecanes can be hard to rebuild sometimes. the french use weird sizes. it'll be tough to get a cheap bottom bracket. depending on how much money you have to throw into it and how much time you want to wait for things to come along it'll be fun though!
