Seat tube dent
How serious is this dent? Like, is it significant enough to effect the strength now or ever?

I have a worse dent in my downtube (IRO Mark V) and it's fine. If you're concerned take it to a bike shop and see what they think (and if it's steel, they might be able to roll the dent out).

Can I ask how a dent is rolled out? Just a bit curious what that means.

I imagine it could easily ruin the decals/paint however.
