Why the **** is Snipes wearing a Colnago cap?

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Cuz he was just anticipating the New Jack City alleycat ten years in advance.

PS - Thanks for jogging some memories of being able to recall the 13 year old version of myself wanting to do it with Rosie Perez. Those were the wonder years.

I remember both the popularity of cycling caps and bike shorts. Both wearing them under regular shorts so they stuck out a few inches at the bottom (shorts were shorter in the 80s) or by themselves. But without the padding. So basically, just lycra shorts. Oh, how it pains me that 80s styles are making a comeback. On the plus side, that means grunge should be only a few years away. Time to break out the flannels and cut off jeans again.

I can't wait for dangley clip on feather earings and "jams" to come back. God that summer of '84 was rough.

I'm wearing Jams right now. Comfy.

I pity the youth who only experienced the 80's through the miracle of childbirth. Those were good times.
