if you can't do the right click/save option,
hit the "print screen" button (if you are on a PC)
open up an image editing program (photoshop, etc)
ctrl+v (paste command)
crop image, then save as whatever.jpg

i just did a screen capture to get the image. i can tell those are chopped flat bars with some sort of bar ends on them, they just look so weird.

been thinking of doing that to my nitto's. i NEVER ride in the drops, but i'm worried it might look like crap. looks kinda cool though.

Option 1: measure your current bar diameter, go to a hardware store and look in the plumbing section.
Option 2: Edit the extra bits off a pair of aerobars:

I'd be mildly sketched about riding them ALL the time (more things clamped together on your bike = more points of failure), but if you wanted an extra-narrow ride, that'd be the way to go.

actually i'm on a mac. i even tried it on the girlfriends iBook and it doesnt work there either.
i click the center pic and large windown pops up with the same pic.
