Why would I want this in my house?

Something about this bike... I'm pretty new to the track frame thang, but god this bike is nice. Why would a neonewtzi want to bid on this? I'd love to try and build this frame up, but I don't want to get all discourteous on the trackstars who might actually deserve it. How much do y'all think it would cost to do this frame justice--wheels, cranks, etc?

I swear I'd take it to the track. I swear.

The rate that auction is going, that frame is going to hit a grand so full DA would be the only way to go.

Yeah, basically I'm using BF as a medium for pipe dreaming. Good ol' fashioned waste of life.

that's purty, and it's got nice tubes and all, but WTF would someone pay a grand for it?

NJS frame.

57 centimeters.

Not that I would pay $1k for it myself, but there are quite a few people who would. Us tall guys can't afford to be NJS-nuts.

I' not a tall guy, but I ride 57. I thought tall guys rode 60cm. Anyway, I guess that's why I choose NOT to be NJS crazy. they are pretty frames, but most of em don't fit me, and those that do are overpriced, and generally well-used. Perhaps I should rephrase my response. Purty frame, and nice tubes, but I wouldn't pay anywhere near a grand for it even if I could... Before I'd go anywhere near a grand on a used race frame, I'd give Jonny Cycles or Circle A a call.
