Nice! I don't think we are all guilty of that! I know I'm not! I'm the least indie chick here. That's what makes me so AWESOME......... :)

Alta, 1/20/06. Notice I've got the posenger look with the Chrome bag and Louis Garneau cap, even when skiing.

pretty sure i'm less of an indie chick than you.
also, you have stars on your chest, that alone makes you 50% indie.

I have stars everywhere, but for different reasons than being indie. I mean, there are some motorcycle dudes with tattoos, that doesn't mean they are indie! You'd have to know me in real life, man. I'm wearing a cashmere sweater and light colored jeans with loafers.. Indie ain't the way of life for me, hell, I don't even know what indie kids do. haha!

Edit: I wasn't trying to be harsh there, just trying to explain. :)

Oh yeah, I wasn't freakin'. I edited it with a warning, but I was too late. Cashmere sweaters are niiiice... But I don't picture myself as being one of those girls (ex. the girls in the "american apparel" post). I don't know why. I think I'm more sophisticated/mature in the way I dress and act. I guess the internet thing is what gets me.. Meh, my excuse is boredom at work. :)

I don't know any indie girls that knit. I don't even knit. I crochet.. ;) Besides my little sister has a myspace, and she is far from indie. She's got a son and everything. Ya'll are making assumptions and speculations.. :D

Red Riding Hood 09-26-06 01:29 PM

What is indie anyway? (Rhetorical question. btw!)

PS. Has anyone seen the urbandictionary.com definition of "indie", they are all really funny.

Just teasing ya. Everyone I know seems to knit except me. I can't even tell the difference between knitting and crocheting.

Good to know that procreation gets you out of being pigeonholed as "indie" add that to the list of things they don't do I guess :P

Another from Kevin D. Thanks for being the unofficial documentarian of the NACCC, KD.

P.S. I'm freakin' soaked in this picture, considering going home. But I didn't. Yessssssss. Later that night I rode to a 7th place in the PBR six pack race.

you should ask for his autograph while you're at it.

i thought that would be a little extreme. maybe just an old tissue or dirty sock would be more fitting

Couple of my more recent ones. Every six months or so I manage to convince myself that it won't be that creepy.

Sadly it is in fact that creepy. Picture proof. :(
