SBS Alloy BMX Chainring

Anyone try one of these? They're pretty cheap on amazon and have a 110 bcd.

I've been into BMX for over 20 years and have never heard of SBS. It's probably crap.

Go here for BMX parts.

Yeah, I've heard of redline. I'd still never heard of the "SBS" line of products.

Hey, all kinds of companies make several lines of products. Like

Old Navy / Gap / Banana Republic
Polo Jeans / Polo Sport / Polo by Ralph Lauren

I would venture to guess that SBS isn't their Top O' the Line.

For the love of God, don't go to Dan's Comp for BMX parts, unless you like supporting the WalMart of the BMX world. I could give you a variety of reasons not to order from them (counterfeit parts being the most obvious reason), but please, look at an alternative.

www.albes.com sells a similar chainring (it's just a Taiwan-agent clone part anyway, they're all identical) for the same price, and you can support decent people as well.

So a low end SBS chainring should be as okay as any other low end ring right? It's kinda nice looking for only 10$.
