Does this Cinelli stem exist?

I think it may be a longshot, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a Cinelli quill stem that's fit for a 1" steerer and has a 26.0 clamp diameter. My bike is a 1984 Pinarello Treviso and I'm pretty sure all their stems from that time are 26.4. The thing is I want to run a newer set of bars on it that are 26.0 (Cinelli Alteras are very comfy). From that mid 80's time period, I think the Cinelli bars might have been 26.4 with the Campione Del Mondo or the Giro d'Italia model. Any feedback on those? I've had a nasty 90 degree Nitto Dynamic stem for a long time and I want to replace it with something that's more fitting to the bike.

Cinelli Grammo

Cinelli made (still make I think) quill stems for 26.0 mm. They're not marked any differently though so unless you get one in the box it'll be pretty hard to tell if it's a 26.4 or a 26.0.

the problem with the grammo is that it's ugly as **** (welds!). and with shims, i'm kinda picky (bad slippage experiences), unless it's the nitto shims with nitto bars where they have nice ridges to prevent slippage, i'm not trying to do that.

the grammo is GORGEOUS and TITANIUM! ****iing rock that ****!

26.0 and 26.4 was out during the 80s.

AHA
quick question, semi thread-hijack...
are 26.0 bars compatible w/ a 26.4 stem?
will .4mm matter?

In short, yes. You can torque the bolt tight, but it will still slip when you need stiff bars the most. slipping bars are almost as scary as a flat front tire.

you can use a shim, although this doesnt always solve the slippage problems. try an aluminum can.

i have what appears to be the same thing as a cinelli 1a with a 26.0 clamp diameter marked "1e." this may or may not be related to the different clamp diameter.

get a slightly newer cinelli road stem or just go for a 2a and some 67s
