Nice 52cm Marinoni in Montreal:
http://montreal.craigslist.org/bik/431112523.html If I didn't already fall in love with my slightly-too-large Marinoni frame, I'd get this in a heartbeat. Pretty good price and decent components. |

what do you kids think about this?
winter bike i was thinking about switching out the wheelset with my 27"s, and putting a freewheel on the flip flop. Maybe switching to a rear brake. |

I'm going to look at this tomorrow. Do you think it's worth €90 (~$125)?

That's not a lot of money. No idea what any of it said, but if there are no problems with it, then yes a bike is worth 125 bucks.
Thnx, that's what I was thinking too. Not a lot of cash and I'm really becoming impatient looking for a suitable frame in my size so if it's ridable it's coming home with me today! I need a project anyway. |
What do you guys think of this?

not worth more than $100. LeTour's are heavy, but solid. Also a dime a dozen. Unless your a collector and this was made in chicago (not japan), it's not really that great of a steal.

so.... i posted one of my bikes on ebay & some dude outbid another guy (normally this would be a good thing).... and then a few minutes later he retracted his bid because he said he couldn't get a loan. ughhh. this sucks. i hope the first dude doesn't back out now that he thought he "lost" the bid.

eBay allows you to sell to the item to the 2nd highest bidder, so you don't have to go behind their back in arranging the transaction. It's called a "2nd chance offer" or something; use it and eBay will send the appropriate email to that bidder.
|
^^This is true, I have won a couple thing that way, it was like days later and I got a message letting me know that the seller had sent me a new offer
