I am printing them on used/discarded award certificates from the current War in Iraq. Air medals, Commendations…

Seriously.

Unique. Recycled. Historic. No political statement intended, implied or assumed. The back will say “Fortune Favors the Bold”.

I’ve made three this year, I can only make 4 more.

br995 11-06-06 05:05 PM

3 of mine were made from postcards. The other two (one a friend made) were just cutouts from magazines glued to index cards. Everything was then 'laminated' using clear packing tape.

Pen and colored markers on posterboard scraps. Seems to make a nice sturdy card when laminated.

Suburbia 11-06-06 08:04 PM

LóFarkas 11-09-06 11:05 AM

No personal experience with this, but this looks like your solution I guess your post office should have some.

Well, you have to actually send it in. ;) But yeah, if everything works properly that's the idea.
