Clown Bike

I've been tooling with the idea of building the most colorful bike possible. Bright frame. Different color wheels/saddle/grips. Colored Hubs/Nipples/Chain. So yea, anyone have some inspirational pics or any sources for oddly colored components (esp nipples and chains)? Let see what you got.

Also I know all this has been done before. So show me how dumb it looks so I wont do it.

i would love to see you try. let's see, you'd need some old nice anodized bmx cranks. a phil hub and one of those hideous gold suzues. different color rims. a ridiculous paintjob. rainbow chain, two different color grips/tape, same with tires... go all out.

exactly. i just want it to be as over the top as possible. something that you wouldn't bring home to mom cause it was just a little too wild...

I have also never built a bike new from a pile of components and a new frame... so i figured having to find over the top color for things is a good way to go about it...

oh yea, or ALL white. cause thats awesome as well in its own very different way

oh im not on the fence about this. Clown it is. Just not sure if I can afford it as of now... I was just saying I respect all white as well. But I would be way too worried about riding it anywhere. So Clown it is for me.

It would be fun to just seek out quality parts and let your finds make your color decisions for you.
