promax>never tried soma but heard good things>formula(very solid, use them on my current bike)
sugino drivetrain=RD(average, not anything to be amazed with), 75 (great cranks, stiff and really hard to wear out), and grand mighty=straight pimpin. all the BBs are same quality as their respective cranks\
cant go wrong with izumi chains

I stripped my formula hub after 7 months. Used good stuff on it too. Had to replace bearings twice and the locknuts suck. They are nothing great. Personally I'd save up for a better hub. It will pay off in the not so long run.
Sugino track stuff is excellent - no idea about the RD stuff though.

I've heard the Grand Mighty's waaaaaay nicer, but definitely for the track. And the Soma hubs are re-badged Formulas, IIRC.

The Grand Mightys are superb cranks. Very very stiff. The Super Mightys are older tech and have a rep for being flexy.

The Soma hubs are decent, but got them on the stock Somax wheelset and the spokes/build SUCKED. I have had zero problems since getting the wheels rebuilt though.
I have track and road Sugino 75s and they are very nice. I will probably be getting a second set of the track version eventually.

Don't go with an expensive Izumi (ESH or V) track chain. Then cost 5-7 times as much as a decent KMC or SRAM chain, but they aren't 5-7 times as smooth, nor are you going to get much more mileage out of one.
