I'd be interested.
Also...the more the color hurts my eyes, the better.

Go with whichever is cheapest for us/easiest for tony. Hopefully the option that is cheapest for us is also easiest for him. He's really doing us a big favor, so lets not make things too unnecessarily complicated for him (I do realize this is bfssfg, where nothing is easy).

I suppose one philly kid could drive out and haul all the philly/nyc or other pickup in person frames back and save on shipping.

I don't know what makes y'all think a $161 dollar frame would look attractive with a clear coat finish. Cover that **** up! I'm open to non-neon color ideas but nothing boring please. If you want a frame in an unintersting color there are plenty to choose from.

i agree that the welds would look fugly. that's why my preference would be that we have the option of bare metal OR a majority-rule color.

i don't think this would place undue burden on tony, and i think it would be acceptable to the highest number of people. thus maximizing the number of buyers, and minimizing price.

I would be in only if it was something along the lines of the above colors, but otherwise probably not. And I'd only want the Angus. I think threadless stems are ______(adj)

I guess that would depend on the welds. While I've never seen the Angus' weld in person, ever review I've read says they are pretty decent.

hey... so in the poll thread we have just about 50 folks that say they're onboard so put your name, size and vote for color down if you are serious about this

No wei...it'd have to be brown or tan

And is this for real? Cause I'd love a solid steel frame with decent geometry for $161...maybe 0° rake fork. And no logo on it. It will just come with a set of rub on lettering

(not quite finished. Paint stripping's a b****)

If they can do a non-paint job like this I'm up for it (or white/black, battleship but not neon)

If they can get an angus chrome painted, then hell yes.

Chrome isn't a paint it is a plating...or it should be if done right.

doodoo brown or grey Angus for the "tasteful" crowd and eye-searing yellow Mark V cheapie for the rest of us? I'm down with no paint/powder if we seriously can't agree on this but I think that's sorta silly

I''m in Aus. Pista=no go, very hard to get over here. I've also got all the parts for a build (except rear hub) so I don't want a complete bike.

name: 8bitevolution
frame: angus
size: 53cm
color: Flat anything rocks. Especially black. Yeah, I'm boring.

Lime green or some kind of orange would be cool, also. Pretty much anything that's not neon.

size: 53cm
color: brown / mustard / gray / drab BUT not a dealbreaker...

Name: BostonFixed
Color: Any crazy neon ****, not as much interested in drabber colors
Size: 56 or whatever frame size fits like a 56
Frame choice: Mark V, but the angus wouldn't necessarily be a dealbreaker.

how does the sizing work? on the website, it says that a "59cm" has a 55cm(c-c) seat tube. I've always called a bike with a 55cm seat tube a 55cm. why would they call it a 59cm?

Check the seatutbe, it extends pretty high up above the top tube, and the "59cm" measurement you are referring to is probably the seat tube measured c-t.
