adding insult to injury
On my way home today I rode through a big fresh pile of dog sh*t.
I thought that with the help of a stick and some fallen leaves I had gotten it all off. However, when I brought the bike into the house, my dog pissed all over it.
Arrgh.
That is all.

At least you didn't come home to find your dog ate the contents of an unopened bag of Pup-eroni. By 9pm he was fogging up the house with his own brand of chemical warfare.

My dog had a nasty habit of peeing on anything in a park that people put down on the grass. This usually meant either a backpack, a jacket, or a small child. Oh boy...

I can only imagine the unfortunate demise of this dog.

Most amusing thing ever: Watching the whole harvard cycling team time-trial paceline through an expanse of cow manure. Leader wasn't watching, and ran the whole group right through it.
Pity the poor sucker mouth-breathing at that moment.

Go Bulldogs!*
*I only support Yale University because I'm working under the assumption that they will admit me to their school of music for my Ph.D. If that should not be the case, then Yale can burn for all I ****ing care. Rich jerkoffs, all of them.

To make it topical: the coaches are strong advocates of low gear inch fixed riding for winter training, and i heard that a number of the harvard folk turned out for the track racing in NH last fall.
