Rush Hour can not fit full fenders without cutting them up and such. And, I would also say that if fitted with a front fender toe overlap is more of an issue than normal.

The Rush Hour is a totally different frame than the One Way, the geometry is much more track oriented than the road/commuter geometry of the One Way. The Rush Hour has little clearance for much more than 25s.
