I think this question has come about because of the group buy.

And if you are going to buy an Angus and ignore the group buy, well, I'd say thats just about pretty much stupid.

ryand- If you're in DC soon, can I test ride yer angus?
And yes, I was never even considering a new fixed/ ss before this ridiculous group buy. Now I feel like I'm obligated to get one. I wish I hated all the colors. If they were peach and metallic purple I totally could have passed on this.

When is soon?
PM me if you're headed in to town.

Oh...I have the Angus. The fork just looks generic. What would be a good replacement for it?

I've seen the size 50 IRO in white (I think!?) in a LBS.

But the Flat Back(as it's listed on the IRO site) is better:)

I was going to pay 100 to have a 12 spd frame powdercoated flat black. This is like getting a whole new frame for 50! I'm totally going for hot rod inspired, with red, white, and chrome components.

Bike sizing is like trying on a pair of pants - got to try it to see if it fits. I have a 25" frame that fits perfect even though I normally ride a 23". Would you buy a pair of pants without trying them on first? Not me.

I have a similar inseam and ride a 53cm Angus. Even though my top tube is short, I have more seatpost exposed than I normally would. This ultimately makes the reach to the bars a little longer...

It's kind of a weird-fitting bike, but I absolutely wouldn't want anything longer.

How tall and lanky are you?
