polis pursuit frame

Anyone know what company makes that polish track frame with the bent seat tube and the tripple triangle like the GT's come with?? I've been trying to find out who manufactures the frame, but i haven't been able to find it.

apparently noone anymore and it was a crappy street frame not a pursuit one.

Someone posted a pic of it a few weeks ago, but I am too lazy to search. It was a neat looking frame, but the welds were sloppy and, in my opinion, gussets belong on a mountain bike.
