dumb question?
i want to get deep v road rims instead of track ones now will the road ones work with track or flip flop hubs and will these fit on a track bike?..i plan on building up these wheels myself. thanks for the help

it's the same... there is not one for road and one for track.
The difference is in the hubs. There are fixed gear hubs, freewheel hubs, double fixed hubs and free/fixed hubs.
You can lace up mostly any rim to any hub.

Do you mean to say you want to lace machined-wall Deep Vs to track hubs instead of non-machined-wall Deep Vs? Machined walls are the ones meant for with-brake usage, whereas non-machined walls aren't.

yeah exactly i just want machined deep vs laced to a track hub (another dumb question-are track hubs good for road use and whats the diffrence between high and low flange other than the apperance)
