close. its the ursula1000 remix of the faint's "your retro career melted". its a standard dance-rock treatment, and it can be found on "the sound of young ny 2" compilation. maybe its on an official faint release too. i havent checked.

I've wondered the same thing. He was in the Rumble Through The Bronx video from last June and I think I saw some pictures of him at the Bicycle Film Festival in Chicago last year. He's gotta have a ton of more good stuff to put up there by now.

I am new here, but I like track bikes on streets and the tricks are good to watch. how can i get a $55 tshirt for MASH? I am follow MASH from France and am curious as to the clothings.
they are here (Of JApan), but not europe or USA - and is last one a effort of both TrackstarNyc and MASH or just MASH stealing something? I am wondering, maybe I can go to Japan for shirt or $100 hooded sweatshirt?

I feel another political, fair trade/hipster controversy coming on.
careful.
ones with short sleeves made by tiny puppies in a box in a Canada, will fat rich guys drink Starbucks on top of it and talk about how much money they are going to make off of kids in overdyed, skintight ,black pants.

really I don't know, at all I just ordered a few things in hope that it might make the video come out faster and hell I think they are cool.

but honestly at this rate there is going to be like 6 similar videos coming from Japan before Mash comes out.
but I will still support Mash cause I can't read Japanese and I would be able to find out were to buy one on the web.
And I think they are cool as well.

wow long winded rant for 7am

I love Starbucks Soy Lattes. Especially when they are free. If I could rip off the willingly led masses, I would - and I mean that whole-heartedly. And then write a book about it all and sell that to them. I bet they would buy it and be happy that I wrote a book about them. If they are lucky, I will include a name or two of my "customers" and maybe some lame-assed club photo of them being cool at some tshirt/jeans release party. I would serve only Zima and they would drink it. Because after all, it is at a party for my clothing line that is cool.

That is my American dream. That and getting citizenship in New Zealand

I recently beat Mike at a Zima/cocaine fueled game of full contact Bacci Ball in Tijuana with Young Jeezy. That's all I have to say.

I read up on Australia's "Law of Similarity" - two handsome chaps, much like ourselves, who share an uncanny resemblance, are not allowed to reside anywhere within Australia at the same time. I don't make the rules of your crazy nation, mrwhite.
Backwards flowing toilets and 'roo jerky scare me. And is it true you also ride velodromes counter-clockwise?

onetwentyeight 02-09-07 12:36 PM

we already know he builds bikes backwards...

mikorp 02-09-07 12:40 PM

Hi, thanks for your interest.

The shirts are printed on AAA blanks. def off shore sweatshop. We did the first run on American apparel, and were unhappy in general with the cut. it twists on your body. We are looking at more options, but for now they are AAA, same as most all skate T's and hoodies. The woman's and thermals are American appeal. Thanks for your support on this project!

I don't think 165 cares about where shirts are made. He is advertising a pair of vans made in the Philippines on his blog. He is bummed we put out T's before we put out the video, but that's not true. We put our first version of the video out almost 2 years ago. It was for film fests only. It got bootlegged, and now most kids who wanted that version got it. We are now wrapping a much more involved, evolved project. It took time to see that unfold, and I know it will show in the final video. After all this hard work, some of you will pass it around online. Hope you understand how small these types of projects are, and how that hurts the artists DIRECTLY, like peter.

For the 2 or 3 haters on these types of forums, we get hundreds of letters, and emails for kids in Berlin, Paris, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada, Mexico, UK, Austrailia, China, and some of the smallest towns in the us. They are all inspired by watching other kids ride there bikes and do it well. That was the intention of making a video in the first place, and our vision has not swayed. It takes money to make things happen, and clothing helps generate that. Don't be fooled, this is a business, not a non-profit. Were just a business running in the red. I don't think we are misleading anyone. Wear a helmet. Luv
