I really like gardenburger and boca burger(not crazy about morningstar farms or whatevs) it's quick and easy. 2 slices of bread in toaster, 2 burgers in the other 2 slots, apply siracha liberally and lunch is done in like 2 minutes. But what I'm really asking is, does anyone have their own recipe for making veggie type burgers, so that I may even experiment a bit? I would love to have it if so.

Bocaburgers are delicious. I cook em up in a skillet with a bunch of fresh ground black pepper.

+1 on the Bocas, I cook them on my outdoor grill and they tase awesome. I will try the black pepper thing though, sounds good

They so do not, that's what they call them in Toronto when the speaker went to French immersion school. In Quebecois, the word is "burger." Silly Ontarians!

Just prep your skillet with a once over with Pam spray

I prefer Earth Balance spread. It's really delicious.
