which chainring is better?

i can get a black sugino 75 with an fsa ring or a silver 75 with the stock ring.

which ring is smoother, rounder, better made, etc? don't care about weight, looks, or njs.

p.s. price is equal for both setups

the retail price on the sugino 75 is way higher, like $85 on ebay BIN. whereas FSA is only like $35 on ebay, or about $42 retail anywhere else. so if they're the same price, i'd take the silver set with the 75's, and then if i didn't like the ring, flip it and buy 2 fsa's. . . .i rode a sugino ring for a little over a year- they're great.

I had the choice between black Sugino 75 ($85) or the FSA ($45). I wanted the silver Sugino ring, but LBS said they can't get it. I bought silver Sugino 75 cranks so I wanted the sliver ring to match. Oh well.

The black ring has held up much better than the cheap Sugino RD stock ring.
