Jackass BFSSFG poseur tarck bicyclist of the day

Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

howdy folks, new here from coloRADo.

this thread is a life ring tossed into the ocean of chrome bags i'm swimming in around here at CSU. i haven't owned a bike in a couple years and it's time to get one again. i ALMOST fell for the fixie craze, but then i realized i live in colorado, not nebraska. and i'm nobody's messenger. that said, i've never met a derailer i liked, only ones that worked if i babied the hell out on em.

Indeed it is. This bike has been discussed at length of this forum.

Anyone saying that seatpost isn't insanely high is crazy; it's a 54cm frame for a 6'6" rider (Ondřej Sosenka). The whole bike is designed to be light and stiff, yet still meet the regulations for an UCI Hour Record.
