Some folks get wicked uptight/defensive about their scene ... lamers always find their way in eventually, it's what makes the OG's eventually leave. 'Yo... 'member that asian guy on his BMC....damn he could trick it up'....'what was his name again?'

So no road trip?

But I thought this thread was about bikes that are unrideable, don't work or are dangerous... not cockpit setups that offend one's delicate sensibilities. if a guy likes to ride risers on a road frame, uh, big freaking deal?
I though so too..... aesthetic choices are just those, but I suppose that's what this scene has become about overall now.
The mainstreaming of this subculture is showing it's damage. Mountain Dew™ sponsored X-Games™-type FG events on Saturday afternoon ABC Sports is next ... stay tuned. Then ..... it will all seemingly vanish like magic, and the world will right itself.

Me? I like to go fast is all.

The BMX bars are a little silly, but it's the kludgey quill adapter that makes me cringe.

Edit: sorry, i stand by what i said except that's a tommasini, i glanced and thought i saw peugeot due to the light.

i'm a little nauseated now.

yes because there were alot and they wouldnt fit. see, in L.A. every bike i saw was lame. and if i took pictures i would run out of room on my memory cards. because everyone and their mother has a track bike, i mean, a fixed gear bike now. and most of them are garbage that should be thrown in the los angeles trash along with their jesus hair cuts. i simply didnt have the room. i wish i did, but another thing is, hey, maybe i couldnt POST all the pictures. i simply may not have enough time. ever. more importantly, swing kids were awesome.
