Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

It's a track frame, wouldn't of been drilled for a fork to begin with, and the brake he is running is a brake that is common for keirin riders to use while in route of their track. it's just two plates of aluminum with a a bolt to sandwich them together and then you mount a brake on it.

Really though, the truck alone is enough to earn this bike a spot in this thread.

Gotcha. The tan sidewall looks white at the top, and the tire logo looks like a rim sticker.

that bike looks good, i dig the extra tube in the middle. damn hipsters, hating on whats different. if you actually see the specs on the bike, its a really good bike.

REMEMBER what constitutes a jackass is it's components and how they compromise either the function of the bike or the safety of the rider.

Can't really tell in those pics but most of the frames w/ vaguely traditional seat tube angles have craaazy setback seatposts. Here, one sec ...

Okay, enough thread-jacking for me. Back to bikes that suck.

What's the story on those platforms on the Speedway bikes? They look like partical board or something.
