Regardless of how many overpriced, misspelled components that bike has, this dude wants 800 bucks for a Crosslake Sales frame!

I hope he gets it. I'll throw a bunch of bullsh*t on the the CL frame I've got laying around and sell mine too!

It seems that those platforms would be grippy enough to keep the foot in place but I would at least slap some power grips on. The Brooklyn is a bit obnoxious but it's clearly a trick bike and I expect them to look this way.

in terms of the BMW lack of foot retention:

i was hauling ass down a bridge the other day and didnt feel like maintaining the ridic cadence that i was so i figured id pull the feet from my clips and put em on my downtube. yea....so i finally managed to get my feet back on the pedals at the bottom of the bridge, but couldnt get back into the clips. tried to skid to slow down and almost ate **** real nasty. what a bad ****ing idea that was. never doing that again. moral of the story, foot retention FTW.

lol, you have to use one foot to apply back pressure to the pedals, then slip one foot in. It helps if you put your dominate foot in first too. then if you, for the life of you cant get the other foot in the clip, you can still skid stop.

that san jose is sad...
