Pictures of TT protection

I ran a search, and found that the 'TT Protection' question threads show up on a weekly basis. I'm trying to see what you guys are using as TT protection. I know what it does (even for skids )...just wanna see pictures.

Faux leopard fur wrapped and glued with Super77, been on there a few years and still looks fresh despite mud, rain and general abuse. Installed on a whim because I got tired of moving the fur around my work bench.

Magic Carpet, made by some guy in Kansas City (he calls them Carpet Snakes but I lost his contact info). When my bike was shipped back from a MTB festival I was at it, I opened the box and found it installed. Made from recycled rugs.

I think there's a voice going off in a lot of people's heads finishing your sentence saying "nor do the bars".

I use bar tape or inner tubes and electrical tape. I had a fancy shmancy top tube protector but it was ugly and made of cordura so it would sand the skin off the insides of my knees. I ended up giving it to a (now) ex-girlfriend and don't miss it.

#1 - It's a thread about top-tube pads, therefor I posted a pic with a top-tube pad.

#2 - I ride the bike daily and lock it against poles and other assorted whatnot, so the pad is staying on as something to come between nasty rusty steel poles and beautiful glossy paint.

#3 - The bike was designed for city-riding and, IMO, nothing beats risers for riding in the city. your *opinions* on bar choice matter not to me, but I'm glad you at least have an opinion and don't just mindlessly follow some trend.

thank you, drive through...
