Attn 619 fixies..
Please look out for a 1970's era black two door ~ similar to a cutlas or ford full size two door: it has probably 19-22 inch rims, and a pretty loud system, but not a quality system. The driver has very iced out teeth. The liscence, which may not be a cali plate: First three are 5VC, the last 3 has JK in it, or possible KJ.
If you locate this car, please email me with the location you saw the car. They were in a hit and run.. Where they hit me and ran. I was on foot, minor scrapes and bruises, possibly a broken wrist. Don't go after them; I don’t want any mistaken identity **** going on. Just let me know where they were. Thanks. sdfixed@gmail.com Thanks. |
Was this in Old Town this mortning at around 11:15 by any chance?
|
holy ****... you alright?
|
i'll be on the lookout. hope you are allright. man, i'd be too busy dirtying my underwear to remember a liscense plate, or iced out teeth.
and hey, jodypolk, are you the one that traded me the beer for the bike frame???? hope it's working out for you. the beer worked out for me! |
yeah, that's me... it's way too big!
sitting in my living room... but going to a tall friend, so it's all good... |

|
Damn dude, hope you're ok! What happened?
|
race? not me, i try to stay away from racing... not to sound like a prick, i love watching racing and supporting my friends who do, but i'm a little more into the training and stuff. i guess i sound like a prick, but i've just never been big on racing (unless it's my a-hole brother on our bmx bikes 20 years ago!). what race is it?
|

The doctors say I have an exahpoid fracture. Didn't know that there was one of those in a human body. Doctor says that putting pressure on the wrist will possible cause it to break more, become agrevated or what not. |
no, sorry, man. i've got an '80's trek that i powdercoated gray. i'm usually in the north park/south park/ downtown/ adams ave. area. if you see me, yell at me.
dude, one hting i can say is take care of that wrist. my buddy fell and didn't, and he has been jacked for 4 years, even after sacking up and going to the doc. i hope you have a speedy recovery. |
i'll keep an eye to tha streets!
where did the hit & run happen? |

The stupid thing: the building where the guy came out of: they have a sign in/out sheet and they won't divulge who it was. It is now a kerkoliously stupid thing, and it's about 4 hours till I'm just over it. Everyone at work thinks I'm a nut (well, ok, so what's new), my boss is sure I'm crazy and riding is very tricky with one hand ~ it's the left hand, which was the brake hand. I might move the handle tonight, switch sides and ride only with the right, and slow down a little. |

Have you called the cops to report it? I don't usually suggest the cops to take care of **** but I don't think you'll get the info out of that building any other way and dudes who hit and run need to get what's coming. It's such a terrible thing to do :(
|
seriously dude. unless you have a big bank and care about the guy who hit you, get a lawyer and get that sign out sheet. they probably also have surveillance.
|
damn. i'll keep the eyes peeled and stuff. people are getting crazier. and friend and i almost got creamed a bunch a times the other day. we went through PB and MB. wow. spring break girls gone wild **** for sure.
|
yeah, a cabbie took me out in balboa park a month or so ago, posted about it somewhere on here...
-1 SD drivers. get well, dude. |
Hey man,
Sorry to hear about your injury. I broke the same thing over 8 years ago and it never quite healed, but... that was only because I ignored the doctor when he told me I needed physical therapy. Get one of spongy ball things as soon as you get your cast off and squeeze it like you have never squeezed before. |

I'm currently on a Tool trip. I don't have any Sussie. Painkillers don't work with me very well. Addiction, overdose, drooling, empty bottles. And that's the first 4 hours. |
hey WK- what ended up happening with your wrist? how long till your back out on the streets?
