Does this disc wheel have value?

Anyone know anything about this wheel? Seller says (from what I can make out of the Japanese) that the condition is about a 6 or 7 out of 10. Would it be worth anything?

I rode Araya discs in the 1980s and they were all black. The early ones had aluminum rims (like this one) though, so maybe that dates this wheel to the 1980s. But, I see it's got rubber scuff marks on the rim, so I guess it's a road disc, and for better braking, Araya probably continued with the aluminum rim on the road models. Which might mean it won't fit in your track frame.

Seller says it's 120mm and that it was ridden on the track. I don't know why they would have been using brakes, but it's definitely a track wheel.

Yeah, I don't want to mess with that either. More just curious if it has resale value. If the whole thing stays low I might be interested in trying to get it since there's a bunch of cool stuff in that auction. Plus I would never ride a disc wheel on the street (at least not in the states). Could always keep it if I ever go to a track though.
