HELP! with dust cap removal

hey guys, i cant figure out how to remove my dust cap to get to the crank bolt (as stated in the title) and i was wondering if someone could help me out. thanks in advance. (picture below)

p.s. i have my flame suit on if need be.

Have you tried loosening that bolt?

...yes. (a little insulted) but i think it might not be a dust cap, but maybe i just have cottered cranks?

Remove that nut and tap the cotter pin out.
