Suicide! hub.
I'm thinking of making a suicide hub. As far as I know, I may also know wrong that not all cogs are the same size thread. So..what brand cogs work on a freewheel hub ?
the cheapest one you can find
The surly ones fit fine on my freewheel hub.
I found some pretty cheap SOMA cogs. Would that work ?
Yup.

That'll do the job..."Loctite" Red...and a Bottom Bracket Locking if there's enough threads left. Just finished building a suidide fixed gear for my cousin. This is his first so I highly doubt he'll be skidding and skipping anytime soon. |
"Suicide" hubs are no problem as long as you run F and R brakes and you eschew skidding, skipping and other hipster tricks. Gerry

Yeah, I'm not very worried. I'm sure I'll be ok.
any work fine.. just make sure you rota fix that ****.
