I am looking to build it up with:

-deep vs prebuilt wheelset maybe from iro
-already bought soma major tailor track drop bars

What I want from you guys is for someone to recommend a good online place to buy the rest of what ill need, which is everything. Also I am somewhat unclear as to what bottom bracket, crankset, headset, and stem to buy. Maybe give me a run down of what you would do given 600 not including frame ort wheels.

Just my opinion, but major taylors might look a bit odd on a frame that modern.

I would be sure to add a fork.:D

i would:
sugino 75 crankset and bb (proven track quality, inexpensive)
cane creek headset (cheap and decent)
ttt mutant stem (ditto, plus attractive)
aeroheads rather than deep v prebuilt wheelset (lighter)

second eddie's suggestions. 75s treated me really well and can be had with chainring for 180, i think, from www.aebike.com. aeroheads are bombproof and light and wonderful, if less colorful than deep vs. be sure to get them hand-built, as anything else will suck.

You don't have to get handbuilt wheels, but you should have them tensioned by someone good before you ride them. There are lots of places online to buy stuff, but for your first build, it might be nice to have the help of an LBS.
