HED3's? Hipsters.
If that thing works, it is super cool.
Probably a concept bike. Folding bike fans are suckers for a futuristic folder, like so:

ummm...i could see the drivetrain on the other....but where's that one?
Cannodale had a concept folder that used a hydraulic drivetrain. It could either be that or maybe the bike does not work at all.
i used to dream about the day the future would arrive and we would all have flying cars and jetsons-style tubes to transport us everywhere
that day is finally here |
That looks like a computer gen to me.

Those bikes are useless... you can't even do footplants on them!!
:) I would kill for the green one. |

I'll go Dutret all over you. Like Oprah on a pork chop.
I'll get all jerry springer on your face!
That doesn't even make sense. Jerry Springer doesn't do anything.
wow somebody's finally onto this? it's from like three years ago. i think i even have the issue of innovation it was featured in
Not showing up for me. :(
"designers" should stick to designing fonts and teakettles.
Woah. I can see it now.
Issa niiiice. |
being an annoying skeptic, I would like to point out that both of those folders have more weight bearing pivot points than your average four-bar linkage sus mtb - IŽd say theyŽd be quite high maintenance which sort of goes against the purpose of their (proposed?) existance.
Unless, of course, they are held together by invisible force fields :) |

Unless, of course, they are held together by invisible force fields :) Bikes now are pretty damn good. Public transportation systems aren't. Which do you want to change? |
