What spokes?
Search function down or I wouldn't bother you all...
Phil high flange single track 32 hole velocity deep v I think I determined the length will be 280 As for where to buy online.. yes nashbar I guess but is there anywhere that as a color selection perhaps? If you were building this combo, cash limit 50 bucks, what would you chose for spokes? |
Silver - Sapim Strongs ( http://www.sapim.be/index.php?st=pro...&detail=butted )
Black DT Supercomp ( http://www.dtswiss.com/index.asp?fus...ikedetail&id=5 ) But if the budget will stretch, go for Sapim CX-Rays. For looks (and strength) the Pillar Heavy Duty Aeros are great ( http://www.pillarspoke.com/product.a...Value=7&r=8429 ) For colour (and if your budget will reeeeaaaalllly stretch) you could go for titanium Marwis ( http://www.marwiusa.com/default.aspx...&bbid=4&pid=61 ). Pillar also does a carbon spoke, which would make a pretty amazing looking wheel, but you might not be able to afford to eat for a few months while you pay them off. I know I couldn't afford them. |
Spokes bought here, http://icyclesusa.com/, are amazingly cheap and the service is great. I just ordered from them.

wheelbuilder.com sells Sapim as well, their CS is outstanding.
also biketoolsetc.com If you choose Sapim, price shop them - the pices vary quite a bit. |
what do you guys think about ebay seller : childhood_dreams
I can get 64 spokes and nipples for 35.50 shipped. |
I usually buy spokes from Odds and Endos. He has Wheelsmith double butted silver for $44.16 per 64 spokes, with nipples, and straight 14 ga. silver for $31.36 per 64, with nipples. Add $6.25 per order for shipping.
