Mavic Cosmos Question

Im thinking of picking this up for my Pista

my question is whether there is anyway to do away with the quick release and just mount it normally?

you can get bolt on skewers. Really though a quick reaease is how you "just mount it normally."

sorry, i worded that poorly, I would just prefer not to have quick release as all sorts of bike theft have been on the rise in town lately.

locking/bolt on skewer or take it off and lock it with everything else
